Preciousness!

Where has time gone? I am really slacking on this whole blogging thing! Actually, to be honest, Jon surprised me with a trip this last weekend to Croatia/Slovenia. We had a wonderful time seeing some incredible sites. I had no idea what to expect from Slovenia, but I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was! Not to mention the fact that we got to see the most incredible cave system while we were on our adventure. I can't wait to post pictures from our trip... but first!!!!!

Today I am 3 months along in my pregnancy/12 weeks!

All in all, I am feeling pretty well! I think I am finally over the little sickies that come and go during the first trimester. Of course I am still exhausted, but it doesn't help that we've been going non stop since we've found out we are expecting!

Here's a little update: (I got this idea from my lovely blog friend Megan at Tales of the Trees, who is also expecting. Such a great idea to help remember this exciting time.)

How Far Along: 12 weeks.

Size of Baby: A lime

Weight Gain: About 2 pounds

Craving: Everything candy and fatty! Fried food please...

Clothes: I am still wearing me clothes, but they are definitely fitting tighter! I can't wait to go back to Oklahoma in November for our visit, I will be loading up on some maternity clothes! (And Mexican food)

Symptoms: No more morning sickness, thank God! But I have this terrible pinched nerve feeling right at my tailbone. It is killing me! The doc says I need to start doing yoga, so I am looking for a good pregnancy yoga DVD. Anyone have any good suggestions??

Also, food texture is really making me gag lately. Certain textures make me cringe. So strange!

What I Crave and Can't Have: WINE WINE WINE! Ugh, do I miss wine! It doesn't make it any better that my husband can enjoy a nice big glass of wine or glass of beer right in front of me while I salivate and die a little inside. Oh well, it's worth the pain! ;)

But Baby Barrett and I are doing well! We just had a doctors appointment yesterday and the doc says everything looks great!
